We now enter the countdown to Christmas with 6 or less working weeks left for everyone.
As always some of us may not have hit our goals and targets for the year but there is still time to build in some habits in advance of 2018.
It takes 21 days to start forming a habit and we’ve all got double that at the moment so there are no excuses.
A couple of things I am working on are:
- Keeping tight on the diet in the build up to Christmas
- Giving 100% at work for The next 6 weeks (no matter how tired I am)
- Work hard on friendships (busy time of the year don’t let times with friends slips)
- Going to bed an hour earlier every single night
It’s that time of the year where it is cold, dark and a bit miserable and easy to slip back into old habits, let’s not do that.
